Objectives:

2. Enhance Time Management Abilities – Equip students with strategies to prioritize tasks, avoid procrastination, and optimize productivity.
3. Improve Stress Management Techniques – Help students recognize stress triggers and apply coping strategies to maintain emotional balance.
4. Strengthen Decision-Making and Accountability – Encourage responsible choices, problem-solving, and ownership of actions.
5. Promote Work-Life Balance – Guide students in balancing academics, extracurricular activities, and personal well-being.
6. Encourage Healthy Lifestyle Choices – Integrate physical and mental well-being practices, such as mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
7. Increase Resilience and Adaptability – Help students navigate challenges with a positive mindset and effective coping mechanisms.

·      Training Hours: Minimum 12  hours  to Maximum 36  hours

·      Training fee with certification:

 a. 1000ETB per trainee if less than 10 trainees or

 b. 600ETB per trainee for more than 10 trainees/staff/any group/organization

c.10 % discount without certification.

·      Advance payment for agreement: 60%
