It is widely accepted that hotels are becoming progressively more important in terms of employment, wealth creation, and the globalization of the economy. Moreover, there are many service providing centers like clinics, hospitals, super markets, shopping malls, youth amusement parks, and etc.

On the other hand it is suggested that there are particularly weaknesses in customer handling techniques, complaint handling techniques, salesmanship, personal grooming and other practical knowledge. Hence, our trainings contribute to  mitigating such problem.

Thus, we will provide customer service and reception  short term training to any interested persons so that job opportunities will be opened for them at different service providing organizations. To realize this, we always strive to find connection with the service providing organizations like hotels, clinics, hospitals, super markets and etc.

Training Hours: Minimum 18 hours  to Maximum 72  hours

1. Training fee with certification:

 a. 3000ETB per trainee if less than 10 trainees or

 b. 2000ETB per trainee more than 10 trainees/staff/any group/Organization

c.10 % discount without certification.

2. Advance payment for agreement: 60%
